This agreement is an official offer (public offer) from FOP Tsuman Natalia Viktorivna (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Seller’) to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Buyer’) to conclude an agreement for the sale and purchase of works of art (paintings) on the TASHA MANO ART website.


1. General provisions


1.1. The moment of full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the Seller's offer (acceptance) is considered to be the fact of placing an order on the website or making a payment. 1.2. The Seller sells paintings by the artist Natalia Tsuman.


2. Subject of the agreement


2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods (painting) to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this Agreement.


3. Ordering procedure


3.1. The Buyer places an order independently via the ‘Basket’ on the website or via the contact details provided in the contact section. 3.2. If the goods are not in stock (if the painting has been sold or is being made to order), the Seller shall notify the Buyer thereof.


4. Price and payment procedure


4.1. The price of each individual painting is indicated on the website. 4.2. Payment is made by transferring funds to the Seller's current account:

5. Delivery and returns


5.1. Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine and abroad (by agreement) by logistics operators. 5.2. Delivery costs are paid by the Buyer, unless otherwise specified in promotional offers. 5.3. In accordance with Ukrainian law, works of art of good quality may be returned within 14 days if they are undamaged and retain their marketable appearance.


6. Copyright


6.1. The purchase of a painting transfers ownership of the physical object to the Buyer, but does not transfer the copyright for reproduction or commercial use of the image. The copyright remains with Natalia Tsuman.
